Ingredients

- 2 lbs baby back ribs
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger, peeled and minced
Recipe
- 1 whisk together the soy, sugar, garlic, honey and ginger.
- 2 pour over the ribs and marinate for two hours.
- 3 place on a hooded grill over medium coals.
- 4 cook until tender (about 1 1/2 hours).
- 5 baste with the marinade 15 minutes longer.
