- 19 ounces black beans or 19 ounces navy beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup fat free ranch dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 2 garlic cloves
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients into food processor or blender. blend until desired consistency.
- 2 lental dip: use lentals instead of beans. use 1 tespoon curry powder instead of 1/2 teaspoon cumin.
