Five-minute Dip

Ingredients

  • Servings: 16
  • 19 ounces black beans or 19 ounces navy beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup fat free ranch dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 garlic cloves

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients into food processor or blender. blend until desired consistency.
  • 2 lental dip: use lentals instead of beans. use 1 tespoon curry powder instead of 1/2 teaspoon cumin.
