Dilly Cayenne Pepper Green Beans

Ingredients
- 2 lbs green beans, trimmed
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 4 garlic cloves
- 4 heads dill weed
- 1/4 cup canning salt (pickling)
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 2 1/2 cups vinegar
Recipe
- 1 pack beans, lengthwise, into hot jars, leaving 1/4-inch head space.
- 2 for each pint, add 1/4 teaspoon cayenne, 1 garlic clove, and 1 head dill.
- 3 combine remaining ingredients and bring to boiling.
- 4 pour boiling hot over beans, leaving 1/4-inch head space.
- 5 adjust caps.
- 6 process pints and quarts 10 minutes in boiling water bath.
