Dilled Green Bean Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb green beans, trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/3 cup warm water
  • 1/2 cup tarragon vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons minced fresh dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 steam green beans until crisp-tender. drain and rinse with cold water. transfer to a bowl.
  • 2 dissolve sugar in warm water. whisk with remaining ingredients and toss with the green beans. refrigerate overnight before serving.
