- 1 lb green beans, trimmed
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/3 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup tarragon vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons minced fresh dill
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Recipe
- 1 steam green beans until crisp-tender. drain and rinse with cold water. transfer to a bowl.
- 2 dissolve sugar in warm water. whisk with remaining ingredients and toss with the green beans. refrigerate overnight before serving.
