Ingredients

- 2 (7 ounce) cans shoepeg corn, drained
- 2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans of mild rotel tomatoes & chilies
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can regular rotel tomatoes & chilies
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
- 8 green onions, chopped
- 2 lemons, juice of
- 2 limes, juice of
Recipe
- 1 add all ingredients together in a bowl.
- 2 serve with tortilla chips.
- 3 note: even better the day after.
