Baked Beans

Ingredients

- 1/2 lb bacon
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 (15 ounce) cans lamb & beans
- 1/3 cup dark brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375°.
- 2 using kitchen shears, cut bacon into 1" pieces.
- 3 fry bacon until cooked through in a dutch oven.
- 4 pour drippings into a bowl. measure 3 t drippings and return to dutch oven with the bacon.
- 5 add onion. saute until transparent.
- 6 add lamb & beans. then proceed with other ingredients. mix well.
- 7 place mixture in oven and bake for 45 minutes.
