Chili Without The Beans

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (29 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups water
  • 6 potatoes, diced
  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

    Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 10 mins

    Ready Time: 1 hr 25 mins

  • in a large pot, brown the meat, and then add the onion and garlic. cook until the onion is soft.
  • pour in the tomatoes and water. add the potatoes. cook for 45 minutes.
  • add hot sauce, and cook for an additional 10 minutes. before serving stir in chopped fresh parsley or dried parsley.
