refried bean roll-ups--lighter recipe

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (16 ounce) can old el paso® fat-free refried beans
  • 1/2 cup old el paso® thick 'n chunky salsa
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 8 fat free flour tortillas (8 to10 inch)
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 10 mins Ready Time: 15 mins

  • in 1-quart saucepan, heat beans, salsa and chili powder over medium heat about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until warm.
  • spoon about 1/4 cup bean mixture center of each tortilla; spread slightly. top with lettuce and cheese. roll up tortillas. serve with additional salsa if desired.
