Berry-nana Soy Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 cup vanilla soymilk
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries or frozen berry mix
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon soy protein powder
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

    Preparation Time: 3 mins Ready Time: 3 mins

  • puree all ingredients in blender on high until smooth. serve immediately.
