Jimmy Dean Hearty Holiday Chili

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 2 (16 ounce) packages regular flavor jimmy dean lamb sausage
• 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed minestrone soup
• 2 (15 ounce) cans pinto beans
• 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chiles
• 1 cup water or stock
• 1 tablespoon chili powder (optional)

Recipe

• in large skillet, cook sausage over medium high heat, stirring frequently until thoroughly cooked and no longer pink. add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. cover and simmer on low heat for 45 minutes.
