the big game barbeque meat chili

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 (55 ounce) can baked beans (such as bush's homestyle®)
  • 1 (19 ounce) can red kidney beans
  • 1 (19 ounce) can cannellini beans
  • 1/4 cup barbeque sauce (such as jack daniel's®)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound bulk sweet italian sausage
  • 1 pound bulk hot italian sausage
  • 2 (13 ounce) packages kielbasa sausage, thinly sliced
  • 13 slices crisply cooked bacon, chopped

    Ready Time: 10 hrs 25 mins

  • stir baked beans, kidney beans, cannellini beans, barbeque sauce, and brown sugar together in a large bowl.
  • heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. cook and stir beef, sweet italian sausage, and hot italian sausage in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes; pour meat mixture into a slow cooker. cook and stir kielbasa in the same skillet over medium-high heat until browned, 5 to 7 minutes; add to slow cooker. top meats with chopped bacon.
  • pour bean mixture over meats in the slow cooker and stir to combine.
  • cook on low for 10 to 12 hours.
