- 2 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 stalks celery, diced
- 2 large onions, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (29 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 (6 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
- 1 1/2 cups dark
- 2 (16 ounce) cans chili beans, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1/4 cup chili powder
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 1 dash worcestershire sauce

Cook Time: 3 hrs 20 mins
- in a large skillet over medium heat, cook beef until brown. drain.
- in a large pot over medium heat, cook celery, onions and garlic in olive oil until onion is translucent. stir in beef, tomato sauce, tomatoes, mushrooms, , chili beans, kidney beans, cumin, chili powder, coriander, cayenne and worcestershire. simmer over low heat 3 hours, until flavors are well blended.
