Goulash I

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 cups dry egg noodles
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • garlic salt to taste
  • 1 (15 ounce) can corn
  • 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins Ready Time: 20 mins

  • bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
  • in a large skillet, over medium heat, brown the ground beef and onion together. drain off the grease. add salt, pepper, and garlic salt to taste.
  • stir in the corn, kidney beans, and tomato soup. stir in the cooked egg noodles and mix thoroughly.
