Grandmother's Cornbread

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (8 ounce) box jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Recipe

  • 1 dump jiffy in bowl.
  • 2 add eggs and oil.
  • 3 add mayo and sugar.
  • 4 stir well, mixture will be thick.
  • 5 put in a 8 x 8-inch dish and cook at 350â°f for 30-45 minutes.
  • 6 makes a pan of cornbread that will hold up to beans.
