Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 rinse and drain the garbanzo beans.
- 2 combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree to desired consistency.
- 3 to thin, add 1 tbsp water at a time.
