Ingredients

- 1 fat free tortilla (my favorite brand is lafe)
- 1/4 cup fat-free cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup refried beans (my favorite is rosarita)
- 2 tablespoons salsa (make your own)
Recipe
- 1 assemble refried beans, cheese and salsa on the tortilla.
- 2 wrap into a burrito and microwave it on high for 40 seconds or until it is fully heated.
- 3 serve with a salad if you wish.
