Neutral - A&b Method - Artichokes Milano With Tofu

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 (15 ounce) can artichokes, whatever size can you desire
  • 1/2 cup tofu
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard
  • sea salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 put tofu in blender or food processor.
  • 2 add oil, lemon juice, vinegar and mustard.
  • 3 blend until smooth.
  • 4 add salt and pepper to taste.
  • 5 place artichokes on serving platter, and tofu mixture into small dipping bowl.
