- 1 (15 ounce) can artichokes, whatever size can you desire
- 1/2 cup tofu
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard
- sea salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 put tofu in blender or food processor.
- 2 add oil, lemon juice, vinegar and mustard.
- 3 blend until smooth.
- 4 add salt and pepper to taste.
- 5 place artichokes on serving platter, and tofu mixture into small dipping bowl.
