Marinated Summer Slaw

Ingredients

- 12 ounces whole kernel corn, drained
- 17 ounces baby peas, drained
- 16 ounces french style green beans, drained
- 4 ounces pimentos, diced and drained
- 1 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3/4 cup vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 bring marinade ingredients to a boil while stirring occasionally. remove from heat and let cool.
- 2 mix all slaw ingredients together in a large bowl. pour cooled marinade over the slaw. refrigerate overnight.
