Jake's Scrambled "eggs"

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 lb firm tofu
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 crumble tofu into bowl. add the rest of the ingredients and stir until evenly coated.
  • 2 heat in an oiled skillet for about 8 minutes, until mixture begins to brown slightly.
