- 1 lb firm tofu
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce

Recipe
- 1 crumble tofu into bowl. add the rest of the ingredients and stir until evenly coated.
- 2 heat in an oiled skillet for about 8 minutes, until mixture begins to brown slightly.
