Ingredients

- 1 can refried beans
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 cup mild cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can ro-tel tomatoes, drained
Recipe
- 1 mix beans, chili powder, and cumin and spread onto bottom of platter.
- 2 top bean mixture with sour cream.
- 3 top sour cream with cheese and tomatoes.
- 4 serve with tortilla chips.
- 5 refrigerate until ready to serve.
