Lentils With Garlic And Rosemary (crock Pot)

Total Time: 3 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 5 cups water
  • 3 cups chopped onions
  • 2 cups diced cooked ham
  • 1 cup diced carrot
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
  • 3/4 teaspoon sage
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 lb dried lentils
  • 1 (14 ounce) can vegetable broth
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 bay leaf

Recipe

  • 1 combine first 11 ingredients in an electric slow cooker.
  • 2 cover with lid, and cook on high-heat setting for 3 to 4 hours, or until lentils are tender. discard bay leaf. garnish with parsley, if desired.
