Ingredients

- 1 cup dry lentils, soaked
- 1 cup brown rice, cooked
- 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup carrot, finely chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
Recipe
- 1 mash the beans into a paste and add the maple syrup and mustard.
- 2 mix everything together.
- 3 spray the loaf pan and then place mixture into loaf pan.
- 4 bake at 350 for 45-1hr.
