Lentil Loaf

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 cup dry lentils, soaked
  • 1 cup brown rice, cooked
  • 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup carrot, finely chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup

Recipe

  • 1 mash the beans into a paste and add the maple syrup and mustard.
  • 2 mix everything together.
  • 3 spray the loaf pan and then place mixture into loaf pan.
  • 4 bake at 350 for 45-1hr.
