Ingredients

- 1 loaf sourdough bread or 1 loaf french bread
- 2 cups tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup refried beans
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely diced
- 3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 teaspoon cumin
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 in a bowl mix together tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, garlic, and cumin, reserve.
- 3 slice the loaf of bread into 1/2 inch slices.
- 4 spread the bean dip on each piece.
- 5 arrange the bread on a cookie sheet and sprinkle with the cheddar.
