Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 8 ounces silken tofu
  • 1/2 medium banana
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3/4 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup ice

Recipe

  • 1 blend together tofu, banana, orange juice, honey, and blueberries until smooth.
  • 2 add ice, then continue to blend until creamy.
