- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
- 2 teaspoons dried mint
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 in a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat.
- 2 add the beans and cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
- 3 reduce the heat to low and add the remaining ingredients. simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until the beans are tender. serve.
