Greek Green Beans

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
  • 2 teaspoons dried mint
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 in a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat.
  • 2 add the beans and cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  • 3 reduce the heat to low and add the remaining ingredients. simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until the beans are tender. serve.
