Lentil Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 2 cups dried lentils
- 3 cups water
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 cups mexican blend cheese
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 red pepper
- fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 3 tablespoons honey
Recipe
- 1 cook lentils low heat with bay leaf until water absorb.
- 2 mash lentils.
- 3 dice onions, peppers, and minced cilantro add to mashed lentils.
- 4 add sal, pepper, cayenne pepper.
- 5 cool for 15 minutes lentils
- 6 add bread crumbs and mexican cheese.
- 7 add eggs.
- 8 blend in the mashed lentils.
- 9 mix ketchup and honey
- 10 pour over meatload.
- 11 bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 375 degrees.
