Lentil Meatloaf

Total Time: 41 mins Preparation Time: 40 mins Cook Time: 1 min

Ingredients

  • 2 cups dried lentils
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 cups mexican blend cheese
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red pepper
  • fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 3 tablespoons honey

Recipe

  • 1 cook lentils low heat with bay leaf until water absorb.
  • 2 mash lentils.
  • 3 dice onions, peppers, and minced cilantro add to mashed lentils.
  • 4 add sal, pepper, cayenne pepper.
  • 5 cool for 15 minutes lentils
