- 5 lbs ground beef
- 5 lbs onions
- 4 large green bell peppers
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 (28 ounce) can kidney beans
- 1 (28 ounce) can tomato sauce
- tabasco sauce
- chili powder
Recipe
- 1 saute onions and brown ground beef.
- 2 drain excess fat.
- 3 add peppers, celery, kidney beans and tomato sauce.
- 4 sprinkle tobasco sauce and chili powder to taste.
- 5 simmer until done.
