Jack's Chili

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 5 lbs ground beef
  • 5 lbs onions
  • 4 large green bell peppers
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 (28 ounce) can kidney beans
  • 1 (28 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • tabasco sauce
  • chili powder

Recipe

  • 1 saute onions and brown ground beef.
  • 2 drain excess fat.
  • 3 add peppers, celery, kidney beans and tomato sauce.
  • 4 sprinkle tobasco sauce and chili powder to taste.
  • 5 simmer until done.
  • 6 about 2-3 hours.
