Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 2 (15 ounce) cans garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/3 cup hot water
- 1/2 cup tahini (sesame butter)
- 1/3 cup good olive oil
- 2/3 lemon, juice of
- 4 fresh garlic cloves (i like a lot and use much more so as much as you want)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (add more to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 2 teaspoons cumin
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- 2 enjoy!
