Hummus Bi Tahini

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/3 cup hot water
  • 1/2 cup tahini (sesame butter)
  • 1/3 cup good olive oil
  • 2/3 lemon, juice of
  • 4 fresh garlic cloves (i like a lot and use much more so as much as you want)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (add more to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 2 teaspoons cumin

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  • 2 enjoy!
