Htapodi Vrasto (octopus Salad)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 small octopus
  • olive oil
  • vinegar or lemon juice
  • oregano
  • olive (to garnish)

Recipe

  • 1 clean and boil the octopus until perfectly tender.
  • 2 slice the tentacles into thin rounds and the body into short strips.
  • 3 prepare a dressing by beating 3 parts of oil and 1 part of vinegar or lemon juice with a little oregano.
  • 4 arrange the octopus on a platter, pour the dressing over it and garnish with olives.
