Ingredients
- 3 -5 green beans
- plain yogurt, as required (not too much)
- lukewarm water, as required
Recipe
- 1 mash some green beans.
- 2 add a little plain yogurt.
- 3 mix well.
- 4 massage this mixture into your skin.
- 5 leave it on for 10 minutes.
- 6 rinse with lukewarm water.
