Fried Chickpeas (plain)

Total Time: 12 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 15 ounces chickpeas
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt

Recipe

  • 1 heat olive oil in medium skillet on medium heat.
  • 2 drain chickpeas and add, careful not to splatter oil. fry the beans untill they are a light golden brown, and slightly crispy.
  • 3 drain on paper towels, and pat untill most exces oil is removed.
  • 4 sprinkle with sea salt, while turing over occasionally, untill evenly coated. if desired, season to taste. if not crispy enough, broil on high.
