Ingredients

- 350 g frans beans, chopped
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 teaspoon cumin seed (zeera)
- 2 teaspoons coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 3 pieces green chili peppers, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons green coriander (to garnish)
Recipe
- 1 steam the beans till tender. mix in butter while still hot.
- 2 dry roast zeera in pan till it splutters, add beans, coriander powder, garam masala, green chili and salt. mix well stir over low heat.
- 3 serve in a flat dish. sprinkle lemon juice over it. garnish with coriander leaves.
