Ingredients
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 4 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1 teaspoon oregano

- 1 mix all ingredients throughly with wire whisk. serve at room temperature.
