Kidney Bean Brownies

Ingredients
- 2 cups red kidney beans, cooked
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 1/4 cup cacao
- 3/4 cup icing sugar
- 100 g dark chocolate (bain-marie)
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
Recipe
- 1 grease an 8×8 square baking dish using cooking spray.
- 2 combine the beans, eggs, oil, cocoa powder,vanilla extract, sugar, and the rest of the ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth; pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- 3 bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- 4 yields around 16 pieces.decorate each piece with a halved walnut.
- 5 each brownie has around 100 calories!
