Naked Burritos

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 -3 lbs boneless skinless chicken
  • 2 (8 ounce) cans pinto beans
  • 1 (8 ounce) can black beans
  • 1 (8 ounce) package taco seasoning
  • 4 cups cooked yellow rice
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 3 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 diced tomato
  • 16 ounces salsa

Recipe

  • 1 cook yellow rice per directions on packet in rice cooker.
  • 2 while rice is cooking cook chicken with taco seasoning until done.
  • 3 open cans of beans and cook individually until done.
  • 4 dice up chicken.
  • 5 place on plate in order of rice, beans, meat, cheese, lettuce, tomato, sour cream, salsa.
  • 6 note: you can use rice with cilantro or half half yellow rice if you prefer.
