Naked Burritos

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 -3 lbs boneless skinless chicken
- 2 (8 ounce) cans pinto beans
- 1 (8 ounce) can black beans
- 1 (8 ounce) package taco seasoning
- 4 cups cooked yellow rice
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 3 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 diced tomato
- 16 ounces salsa
Recipe
- 1 cook yellow rice per directions on packet in rice cooker.
- 2 while rice is cooking cook chicken with taco seasoning until done.
- 3 open cans of beans and cook individually until done.
- 4 dice up chicken.
- 5 place on plate in order of rice, beans, meat, cheese, lettuce, tomato, sour cream, salsa.
- 6 note: you can use rice with cilantro or half half yellow rice if you prefer.
