Low Sodium Simple Chili

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans black beans
  • 1 (8 ounce) can low-sodium tomato sauce
  • 1 (14 ounce) can low-sodium tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons salt free chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon splenda sugar substitute
  • 1/4 cup reduced sodium ketchup

Recipe

  • 1 brown ground beef.
  • 2 saute onions in olive oil.
  • 3 combine ingredients, simmer for about 20 minutes.
