Libby's Green Beans

Ingredients

- 1 lb fresh green beans or 2 (15 ounce) cans green beans with juice
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup velveeta cheese, cubed
Recipe
- 1 cut green beans into small pieces. cook beans until tender. if using canned green beans, bring them to a boil with their liquid.
- 2 mix the flour into the sour cream until smooth.
- 3 add the velveeta cheese.
- 4 add to the beans, stirring constantly, until thickened.
