Layered Asian Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, drained & chopped
  • 1/2 cup bok choy, chopped
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 3 medium green onions, chopped
  • rice crackers or assorted fresh vegetable, for dipping

Recipe

  • 1 wash the bok choy and chop it, discarding the stems.
  • 2 mix the cream cheese, soy sauce, & water chestnuts together then spread in a 9 inch circle on a 12 inch serving plate.
  • 3 layer the bok choy, bean sprouts & onions over the cream cheese. then place the rice crackers or vegetables along the edge of the plate.
