Ingredients
- 4 ounces light cream cheese
- 4 ounces firm tofu, rinsed
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander, coarsely chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- 2 teaspoons wasabi powder
Recipe
- 1 in food processor, blend together all ingredients until very smooth.
- 2 will keep, refrigerated, for approximately 5 days.
