My Favorite Veggie/bean Soup

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes (or diced if you like tomatoe pieces)
  • 2 (19 ounce) cans beans (i use black and or or red kidney)
  • 1 (10 ounce) can green beans
  • 2 (10 ounce) cans beef broth (plus the 2 cans of water)
  • 1 cup frozen corn (i sometimes use canned)
  • 3 -4 carrots
  • 3 -4 celery ribs
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 -3 green onions
  • 1 chicken noodle soup mix (i use lipton)
  • 2 -3 bay leaves

Recipe

  • 1 puy everything in a big pot and boil for 10 minute.
  • 2 simmer till the veggies are tender (20-30 min.) the longer you simmer the better it tastes.
  • 3 enjoy!
