Marinated Tofu Salad For 1 Person

Ingredients

- 1/4 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1 teaspoon wine
- 125 g tofu, cut into cubes
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 1 small tomato, cut into wedges
- 15 g snow pea sprouts
- 1 small carrot, sliced
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted
Recipe
- 1 place ginger, soy sauce, lemon juice oil and wine in a bowl and mix to combine.
- 2 add the tofu and toss to coat.
- 3 cover and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- 4 place lettuce, tomato, snow pea sprouts and carrot in a bowl.
- 5 drain tofu and reserve liquid.
- 6 add tofu to salad, toss to combine and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- 7 serve reserved liquid as a dressing.
