Marinated Tofu Salad For 1 Person

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon wine
  • 125 g tofu, cut into cubes
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 1 small tomato, cut into wedges
  • 15 g snow pea sprouts
  • 1 small carrot, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted

Recipe

  • 1 place ginger, soy sauce, lemon juice oil and wine in a bowl and mix to combine.
  • 2 add the tofu and toss to coat.
  • 3 cover and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  • 4 place lettuce, tomato, snow pea sprouts and carrot in a bowl.
  • 5 drain tofu and reserve liquid.
  • 6 add tofu to salad, toss to combine and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
