Lentil Hummus With Black Olives

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 cup cooked lentils
  • 1/2 cup pitted black olives
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 teaspoons salt

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  • 2 add olive oil, lemon or salt to taste.
