Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked lentils
- 1/2 cup pitted black olives
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 teaspoons salt
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- 2 add olive oil, lemon or salt to taste.
