Ingredients

- 2 carrots, grated
- 4 cups cooked lentils
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 1/2 cup coriander (cilantro)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 3 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 small onion, chopped
Recipe
- 1 mix all of the ingredients together in a small bowl.
- 2 brown in a nonstick frying pan, stirring often.
- 3 serve hot.
