Lentil Balls

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked lentils
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • water, as needed

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients into food processor and blend.
  • 2 add a little extra water if required.
  • 3 roll into balls.
  • 4 pan fry until heated through.
