Hummus

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas
  • 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 3 tablespoons bottled garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 grind sesame seeds.
  • 2 drain and mash chick peas. (ie. food processor, blender).
  • 3 mix or blend all ingredients together.
  • 4 you can add chick pea liquid back in for desired consistency.
