Ingredients

- 1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas
- 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 3 tablespoons bottled garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 grind sesame seeds.
- 2 drain and mash chick peas. (ie. food processor, blender).
- 3 mix or blend all ingredients together.
- 4 you can add chick pea liquid back in for desired consistency.
