Ingredients

  • 2 cups rum
  • 2 cups dark rum
  • 2/3 cup grand marnier
  • 6 cups orange juice
  • 6 cups pineapple juice
  • 2/3 cup pomegranate syrup
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 2 limes

Recipe

  • 1 mix together the rums, grand marnier, fruit juices and pomegranate syrup.
  • 2 split the vanilla bean down the middle and scoop out the seeds. add these to the mixture along with the bean.
  • 3 wash the limes thoroughly. cut one into quarters and add to the punch. juice the other lime and add to the punch. mix well.
  • 4 chill the punch for 6 hours to allow the flavors to blend.
