Homemade Falafel

Ingredients
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients in except olive oil in a food processor and process until a paste is formed.
- 2 heat oil over med-high heat.
- 3 drop paste by rounded tablespoon into heat oil and flatten. fry until golden brown on both sides.
