Healthy Banana Milkshake

Ingredients
1/2 small banana
1/2 cup skim milk
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
2 ice cubes (optional)
1 teaspoon sugar (or artificial sweetener to taste)
Recipe
1 blend first 4 ingredients until smooth.
2 sweeten to taste.
