Fried Chickpeas (plain)

Ingredients
- 15 ounces chickpeas
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
Recipe
- 1 heat olive oil in medium skillet on medium heat.
- 2 drain chickpeas and add, careful not to splatter oil. fry the beans untill they are a light golden brown, and slightly crispy.
- 3 drain on paper towels, and pat untill most exces oil is removed.
- 4 sprinkle with sea salt, while turing over occasionally, untill evenly coated. if desired, season to taste. if not crispy enough, broil on high.
