Ingredients

- 10 ounces soft tofu, drained
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse black pepper
- 1 tablespoon dried tarragon leaves
Recipe
- 1 put all but the tarragon in your blender or food processor, blend for 1 minute until everything is smooth add tarragon whip 30 seconds.
- 2 refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
